I think Darkrai because at lv: 100 it can learn Dark Void and put anything to sleep and then use dream eater and kill them XD

Your all wrong it's so obviously Lucario! It's so under rated on games cause of it's types. Because it's a stell type fire ground and fight all are good against it. If it had just stade as a pure fighting type like riolo it would be so much better!!!

Yeah but if my Palkia lv100 was actually lv100 not lv50 it would f absolutely distroyed it whith special rend! or my infernape was lv98 not lv50 it would have distroyed it with earthquake! so there!

I personally believe that there is no best Pokemon. It all depends on EV's, moves and types. An Arceus which is Fire type would probably lose to a Kyogre, equally an Arceus which is Fire type would probably beat a Torterra.
